Actives

Panthenol

Panthenol (provitamin B5) is a gentle, deeply hydrating ingredient carefully added to the Menstrual and Follicular Phase emulsions because of its exceptional soothing, repairing, and moisturising properties.

Menstrual Benefits

In the Menstrual phase, when oestrogen drops and skin can feel fragile, dry, sensitive, or irritated, panthenol penetrates quickly to attract and lock in moisture, strengthen the barrier, and calm discomfort. It promotes faster recovery of the skin’s natural protective layer and reduces redness or tightness.

Follicular Benefits

During the Follicular phase, as oestrogen rises and skin naturally becomes more plump and radiant, panthenol enhances this healthy glow by boosting hydration, improving elasticity, and supporting cell renewal, helping maintain that fresh, resilient feeling without any heaviness.

Breaking Habituation

We intentionally left panthenol out of the Luteal Phase to give your skin a gentle break. By using it for just half the month (the more fragile and drier phases), we avoid potential over-reliance or habituation, allowing your skin to stay responsive and balanced throughout the full cycle.
