5. Product Descriptions and Availability

At Seed&Berry Ltd, we strive to present our cycle-synced creams and other products as precisely as possible, including their colors, features, specifications, and details on our website. However, we cannot assure that all representations will be entirely accurate, complete, up-to-date, or error-free, as electronic displays may not perfectly replicate the actual appearance, and images or descriptions are for illustrative guidance only.

Variations in product color, packaging, or minor details may occur. All items, including any samples, are intended for personal use and may not be resold. Our offerings are available exclusively online in limited quantities and are subject to stock availability; we reserve the right to limit purchases, restrict sales to specific regions or individuals on a case-by-case basis, modify descriptions or pricing without notice, discontinue any product at any time, or cancel invalid offers where prohibited.

We make no warranty that products will meet individual expectations or that any service errors will be rectified. Information provided is for general purposes only and does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical advice; always review ingredients for potential allergies and consult a healthcare provider if needed. We accept no liability for misuse, improper storage or use, allergic reactions, or any resulting damage, loss, or consequential issues.

6. Ordering Process

To place an order on our website, simply select the products you wish to purchase (such as our cycle-synced creams), add them to your cart, and follow the on-screen prompts to review and confirm your selections before proceeding to checkout.

Submitting your order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected items from Seed&Berry Ltd. Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an automated email acknowledging that we have received it and providing an order reference number and summary. This confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order.

We will accept your order and form a binding contract with you only when we send a separate dispatch confirmation email informing you that the products have been shipped (or are ready for collection, if applicable). The contract will relate solely to the products listed in that dispatch confirmation. We are under no obligation to fulfil any other part of your order unless and until those items are similarly dispatched.

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on our website, as our products are intended for adult use only. By submitting an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion and without liability, for reasons including (but not limited to): product unavailability, pricing or description errors, inability to obtain payment authorisation, suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity, unexpected resource constraints, or any other legitimate business reason. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and issue a full refund for any amounts already paid.

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we may cancel the order even after confirmation or payment, and will refund any amounts charged to your payment method promptly.

Our website is primarily intended for customers residing in the Channel Islands and the United Kingdom. While we may process orders from other locations, we do not guarantee that our products or content comply with regulations or are suitable for use outside these territories.

All our products are cosmetic skincare items intended for external use only and are not designed to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any medical condition. Always review the full ingredient list before use to avoid potential allergic reactions, and consult a healthcare professional if you have any concerns.

For any questions regarding your order, modifications, or cancellations, please contact us at seedandberry@outlook.com.

7. Cancelling Orders

At Seed&Berry Botanicals, we want you to feel completely confident and supported when choosing products that nurture your skin through every phase of your menstrual cycle. We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to make the process as gentle and straightforward as possible. Below, we outline the key situations in which you or we may cancel an order, in line with applicable consumer protections under the laws of the Channel Islands.

Your right to cancel an order

You may cancel your order (ending our contract immediately) and receive a full refund for any products paid for, in the following circumstances:

  • We inform you of an error in the price or description of the product(s) you ordered, and you decide not to proceed.

  • There is a significant risk of delay in supplying the products due to events beyond our reasonable control.

  • We suspend supply of the products for technical reasons (or notify you of an upcoming suspension) for more than 30 days.

  • You have a statutory or legal right to end the contract because of something we have done wrong (for example, if the products are faulty, not as described, or we fail to deliver within a reasonable time).

Please note that certain products may be exempt from general cancellation rights (such as personalised items or, where applicable, sealed hygiene or perishable goods once opened), unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied—in which case you retain your rights to cancel or seek a remedy.

Our right to cancel or refuse an order

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order (or any part of it) at our sole discretion, for example if:

  • You do not make payment when it is due.

  • You fail to provide, within a reasonable time, any information we reasonably need to fulfil the order.

  • We are unable to deliver to the provided address and you do not rearrange delivery or collection within a reasonable period.

  • The order appears to be placed by a dealer, reseller, distributor, or in a way that suggests bulk/resale intent (we may limit quantities per person, household, or order using the same account, payment method, or address).

  • We suspect the order may be fraudulent (in which case we may request additional verification, such as contact or identity details).

If we cancel or make changes to your order for any of these reasons, we will aim to notify you promptly using the email address, phone number, or other contact details you provided at the time of ordering. Where appropriate, we will refund any amounts already paid in full (though we may deduct reasonable delivery or related costs if applicable).

If you wish to cancel or discuss an order, please contact us as soon as possible at seedandberry@outlook.com.

8. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes where relevant. As Seed&Berry Ltd is based in Jersey (Channel Islands), we do not charge VAT on orders shipped within Jersey.

For orders delivered to the United Kingdom or other VAT-registered jurisdictions, VAT may be charged in accordance with applicable regulations at the prevailing rate. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice, but any such changes will not affect orders for which we have already issued a dispatch confirmation.

By placing an order, you agree to pay the full price shown at checkout, including any applicable shipping fees, and authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount. We accept payments via [list confirmed methods, e.g., major credit/debit cards and PayPal – to be confirmed and updated on the website].

You confirm that the payment method used belongs to you and that all billing information provided is current, complete, and accurate. You must promptly update your account details (including email address, payment method, and card expiry date) to ensure we can process your order and contact you if needed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (in whole or in part) at our sole discretion, without liability, for reasons including suspected fraud, unauthorised use, payment authorisation failure, pricing errors, product unavailability, or any other legitimate business reason. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and refund any amounts already paid.

Products remain the property of Seed&Berry Ltd until full payment has been received. Legal ownership will immediately revert to us if we refund any payment for the products.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing accuracy, but in the event of an obvious error in pricing or description, we may cancel the order (even after confirmation or payment) and promptly refund any amounts charged.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Important Note: At the moment, we are only able to accept orders and deliver to the Channel Islands and the United Kingdom. We are actively working towards expanding our reach to more locations in the near future—thank you for your patience and understanding ♡

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays in Jersey). Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email containing tracking details via our chosen carrier, Jersey Post (tracked service).

  • For deliveries within Jersey (Channel Islands), you can typically expect your package to arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch.

  • For other Channel Islands (e.g., Guernsey, Alderney, Sark), delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on the carrier’s schedule and local postal arrangements.

  • For orders to the United Kingdom, standard tracked delivery generally takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we make every reasonable effort to meet these timelines, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control (such as weather, carrier issues, or high demand periods). We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by late delivery.

We deliver only to the address you provide at checkout. We cannot split orders to multiple addresses or redirect shipments once dispatched. You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accurate and complete. If you are not available to receive the parcel, the carrier may leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour (subject to their policy), or require a redelivery attempt, which may incur additional fees.

Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery (or attempted delivery) to the address provided. We recommend inspecting packages upon receipt and reporting any issues (e.g., damage or missing items) within 48 hours by emailing seedandberry@outlook.com with photos and your order number.

If we are unable to dispatch your order within our usual timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., stock issues or production delays), we will contact you promptly to discuss options, including potential cancellation and full refund where applicable.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We want you to feel completely happy with your Seed&Berry purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, or if a product arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can assist you.

Cooling-off period (change of mind)
You have the right to cancel your order and return unused, unopened products within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (which apply in the Channel Islands for consumer rights purposes). Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition with all packaging intact, seals unbroken, and in a resaleable state for hygiene reasons.

Skincare products are non-returnable once opened due to health and safety regulations. Returns for change of mind are at your own cost, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please email seedandberry@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a returns address and instructions. Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days (please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the credit).

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or is not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at seedandberry@outlook.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (packaging, product, and any damage).

We will arrange a full refund, replacement, or exchange at no cost to you, including return postage if the fault is confirmed on our side. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Non-delivery or lost packages
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your tracking number. We will work with the carrier to investigate. If the parcel is confirmed lost or undelivered due to carrier error, we will resend the items or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs. If non-delivery is due to an incomplete or inaccurate address provided by you, you may be responsible for re-delivery costs or a refund minus original shipping.

General notes

  • Returns must be sent to the address we provide; items sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

  • We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or opened products (except where faulty).

  • All refunds exclude any additional customs duties or import fees (if applicable for international orders).

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

  • Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy. For further advice, contact your local Citizens Advice or Trading Standards office.
