Important Note: At the moment, we are only able to accept orders and deliver to the Channel Islands and the United Kingdom. We are actively working towards expanding our reach to more locations in the near future—thank you for your patience and understanding ♡

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays in Jersey). Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email containing tracking details via our chosen carrier, Jersey Post (tracked service).

 

• For deliveries within Jersey (Channel Islands), you can typically expect your package to arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch.

• For other Channel Islands (e.g., Guernsey, Alderney, Sark), delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on the carrier’s schedule and local postal arrangements.

• For orders to the United Kingdom, standard tracked delivery generally takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we make every reasonable effort to meet these timelines, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control (such as weather, carrier issues, or high demand periods). We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by late delivery.

We deliver only to the address you provide at checkout. We cannot split orders to multiple addresses or redirect shipments once dispatched. You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accurate and complete. If you are not available to receive the parcel, the carrier may leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour (subject to their policy), or require a redelivery attempt, which may incur additional fees.

Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery (or attempted delivery) to the address provided. Cooling-off period (change of mind)

Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition with all packaging intact, seals unbroken, and in a resaleable state for hygiene reasons.

 

Skincare products are non-returnable once opened due to health and safety regulations. Returns for change of mind are at your own cost, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days (please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the credit).
