Pumpkin Seed Oil
Pumpkin seed oil, cold-pressed from the seeds of Cucurbita pepo, is a rich, deep green oil specifically chosen for our Luteal Phase emulsion, Berry Balance, because of its antioxidant and anti-acne benefits, perfectly suited to the challenges of this phase when progesterone can increase oiliness, inflammation, and breakouts.
Antioxidants
This nourishing oil is packed with polyunsaturated fatty acids (especially linoleic acid, around 50%), tocopherols (forms of vitamin E), and phytosterols like β-sitosterol. These powerful components provide excellent protection against free radicals, calm inflammation, and gently support the skin’s natural defence. The natural zinc content adds extra antioxidant strength, helping neutralize oxidative stress and promote clearer, calmer skin.

The beautiful pastel green hue of Berry Balance comes naturally from this vibrant pumpkin seed oil, a gentle reminder of its pure, plant-based origin.
Blemish Prevention
