Raspberry Seed Oil
Raspberry seed oil, cold-pressed from the seeds of Rubus idaeus, is a lightweight, luxurious oil we specifically chose for the Luteal Phase because of its strong antioxidant and anti-acne properties, ideal when progesterone can increase oiliness, inflammation, and hormonal breakouts.

Essential Fatty Acids
Rich in linoleic acid (omega-6) and alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3), it closely mimics the skin’s natural lipid matrix. These essential fatty acids replenish missing lipids in the stratum corneum, reduce transepidermal water loss (TEWL), improve moisture retention, and enhance elasticity for a more balanced, resilient complexion. Despite being an oil, it absorbs quickly and never clogs pores, making it perfect for the oilier, more reactive skin often experienced in this phase.
Phytosterols and Polyphenols
Its phytosterols and polyphenols further modulate inflammatory pathways, calm redness, and soothe skin reactivity, offering gentle protection and comfort for sensitive or blemish-prone days.
