At Seed&Berry Botanicals, we take great care to ensure your order reaches you safely and as quickly as possible. All packages are dispatched via Jersey Post using their secure Track & Trace service, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

 

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number once your order leaves our studio.

Current delivery zones

 

At present, we only ship to the Channel Islands and the United Kingdom. We are actively working on expanding to more locations soon — thank you for your patience and understanding ♡

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch)

​

• Jersey: 1–3 working days

• Other Channel Islands (e.g., Guernsey, Alderney, Sark): around 2 working days

• United Kingdom: 2–5 working days

These are estimated times only and are not guaranteed. Delays can happen due to factors outside our control, such as weather, carrier schedules, postal strikes, or peak periods. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by delays.

How it works

​

• We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days of receipt (excluding weekends and Jersey public holidays).

• Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. We cannot split shipments to multiple addresses or redirect once dispatched.

• Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. If you are not home, Jersey Post may leave the parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or at a local collection point (subject to their policy).

• You are responsible for any additional redelivery fees if the carrier cannot complete delivery due to an inaccurate or inaccessible address.

Risk of loss or damage

 

Risk passes to you upon delivery (or attempted delivery) to the address provided. We strongly recommend inspecting your package upon arrival.

 

If you notice damage, missing items, or any issue, please contact us within 48 hours at seedandberry@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the problem. We will do our best to resolve it quickly.

Customs, international notes and UK VAT

 

For deliveries within the Channel Islands and UK, no additional customs charges apply. If we expand to other international locations in the future, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees will be your responsibility and payable directly to the relevant authorities.

​

Goods sent from Jersey to the UK are subject to UK VAT if the retail value is £39 or more, as Jersey is outside the UK VAT area. VAT will automatically be included in the final price. 

​

If we cannot dispatch your order within our usual timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., production delays), we will contact you promptly to discuss options, including possible cancellation and refund.
