Actives

Urea

Urea is a gentle, naturally occurring humectant that we specifically chose for the Menstrual Phase emulsion because of its exceptional moisturising effects, precisely when hormonal changes can leave skin feeling fragile, dry, tight, and in need of extra care.

NMF

Urea is a key component of the skin’s Natural Moisturising Factor (NMF), the vital mix of water-attracting molecules that keeps skin hydrated, plump, and resilient. As part of NMF, urea excels at drawing moisture into the upper layers of the epidermis, binding it to the skin, and preventing water loss.

Hydrating

It softens rough texture, reduces flakiness, and restores suppleness without irritation, making it an ideal ally for this delicate phase when the skin barrier can feel weakened and dehydrated.
